The Core Group
includes the relevant district leaders, lead researchers, and local and national SERP staff. The group meets regularly and steers the partnership, ensuring that the work is responsive to district priorities and constraints.
The Ideas Team
is a multidisciplinary group of researchers convened periodically with Core Group members in order to frame the targeted problem and propose potential solutions.
RDI Teams
execute the work on the ground. They work with teachers, coaches, principals, and others to explore the problem in context; to observe and document existing practices; to design, test, and redesign tools to support improvement; and to collect data for research, evaluation, and professional development purposes.
