Many scholars genuinely want their work to make a difference in education, but don’t know how to increase their impact. SERP is so valuable because it helps forge and maintain relationships between researchers and practitioners that are essential to effecting educational change. It takes a change in mindset—to make practitioners true partners in the work—but SERP is there every step of the way to make it a rewarding experience for everyone involved.
